We ask for a £20 per room (non-refundable) deposit at the time of booking
with payment of the balance no later than 14 days before to your arrival.

We sometimes have rooms available at short notice (please note that full payment may be required at time of booking in these circumstances).

Please note our standard rate of £33 pppn may vary depending on the time of year etc.

Arrival and Departure Times.

Rooms are available from 2.00pm on the arrival date. Please advise us if you are likely to arrive after 9.00pm.

You should vacate your room by 10.00a.m on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed.

Credit cards & Debit Cards are subject to 2% transaction fee.

All cancellations must be made in writing. Email & telephone calls not accepted.

If full payment is not received within 14 days, prior to arrival, we reserve the right to rebook rooms.

As a family, couples and business orientated business, we are unable to accept bookings for "Stag" and "Hen" parties.

Sorry, no Social Services or DHSS accepted

Also, smoking is not permitted in any part of the premises. We are advised that we may ask guests to leave, in the event of non-conformance with this legal requirement, without refund.
